By using vector.8n.ai you agree that: (1) you own or have license to the content you upload; (2) you won't use the service for illegal content, harassment, or attempts to compromise infrastructure; (3) we may suspend accounts that violate these terms with email notice and 30-day data export window; (4) the service is provided "as-is" with no warranty beyond the SLA in your subscription plan.

We collect: account email, workspace name, billing details (Stripe-hosted, we never see card numbers), audit log entries (action + ts + actor for compliance), and usage telemetry (API call counts for quota enforcement). We don't sell your data, ever. We share only with: (a) Anthropic for AI inference (zero-retention agreement), (b) Cloudflare for edge TLS, (c) law enforcement under valid subpoena (we'll notify you unless legally prohibited). Documents you create are yours, encrypted at rest, deletable at any time.

EU/UK customers can request our DPA at [email protected]. We act as Data Processor; you remain the Controller of customer documents. Sub-processors: Anthropic (AI), Cloudflare (CDN/TLS), Stripe (billing). Data residency options for Enterprise tier: EU (Frankfurt), US (Virginia), or on-prem.

You own everything you create with vector.8n.ai — including AI-generated content, since you provided the prompt and we don't claim authorship. We license you the software (not transfer ownership). Open source dependencies are listed at /licenses (Apache 2.0 / MIT / BSD predominantly).

Our AI features call Anthropic's Claude API server-side. We don't train on your inputs (zero-retention agreement with Anthropic). Generated content may resemble other works; you're responsible for confirming it doesn't infringe third-party IP before commercial use. We log call metadata (route, ts, size) for quota and abuse detection, not content.

Prohibited: (1) generating designs that defame, harass, or threaten individuals; (2) circumventing AI safety filters; (3) reselling raw API access as your own AI service; (4) bulk scraping the service; (5) infringing trademarks (e.g. counterfeit Feastables/branded packaging without authorization). Account suspension procedures match SaaS industry standard with 30-day appeal window.

Our liability is capped at 12 months of fees paid by you. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profits damages. Force majeure (datacenter outage, internet routing failure, regulatory shutdown) suspends but doesn't terminate the agreement.
